Looking out my window

This is more of a "trying to look out my window". This is the view of my car windscreen with snow on it. Not the best view as you can see.

Out My Window

So yesterday i took a photo looking out the window of a beautiful morning in which the mountains were clearly seen. Today, well, lets just say the weather can change so quickly. You couldn't even see the mountains and the snow was coming down heavy before this photo was taken. The snow plows had already been through at this point as you can see the roads had been "salted" and the traffic had started clearing it up a bit.

Out My Window  If you are wondering what "Out My Window" is all about, it is a bunch of photos that are taken by me of the view looking out my window. I always find it interesting to look back and see what i thought was interesting earlier in my life.

Looking out my window

This is the view from my car as I was stopped at Pyramid Provincial Park for a quick photo shoot of the beach. This little park has a great picnic area for use during the summer which I used often last year. I no doubt will use it again this coming summer.

Out My Window

This is on my way to work at Tangambalanga, a little village in Victoria of around 300 people i believe. I liked this job i worked on as it was a patch up job, quick and simple, even though i did have to work the weekend. It was an Early child care center where an elderly man had a turn for the worst sitting in his car on a 40 degree day for two hours apparently. He went to drive off and had his turn and his car kept going straight into the childcare center. Fortunately there were no kids playing in the front yard as the car hit the front door of the building. I did get to see two kookaburras sitting on the telephone pole singing, which was nice to see.

Out my Window

Here I am parked out the front of Centro Albury early in the morning. This is the CBD, with the main street just ahead at those traffic lights. Target shopping center is to my right, Kmart and Coles Supermarket is to my left there. That's my mother walking away, going in to do some early morning shopping.

Out my window

This is looking out my window of the F150 just off the main street of Albury at dusk, around 5.30pm. I was playing with the night landscape option on my camera. That is where i bought my fish, K9 Catfish. My fishies home, now living at my house.

Out my Window...

This is on my way to pick up my mum. This is just coming off the freeway and is slightly down hill. From the car it looked a pretty good view. The camera kind of ruins the view but was still an interesting image. I need to clean the windscreen lol. Theres a little dot on the screen. hehe. Not much cloud in the sky, just that one right in the center of the photo. I love the jet streak in the top right hand side. And i like to think about what is out over those hills in the distance. Theres a world out there with all wonderful possibilities. Go forth and look out over those hills.

What the???

I woke up this morning to have dew on my truck window but with a perfect circle cut into the dew. I have no idea how it got there. There was nothing sitting on my windscreen that i know of. Freaky is it not???

Another Day

Looking out my window of the F150. This is the sun rising beyond the tree. Once again there is dew on the bonnet of the truck.

This is Virgin Blue taking off from Albury Airport heading to Sydney early this morning.

Looking out my window

Different views that i will show you out my window. This is how i see the world everyday as i go about my everyday life.

This is my highway that bypasses my city of Albury Wodonga. This is the bonnet/hood of my 1989 F150. As you can see the end of my wiper blade is bent out. LOL. Check out the blue sky, not a cloud and the dead grass, very Australian.

Still looking out my F150 window. This time at a Coles Supermarket in Lavington. I am parked in a carpark, where they have shade cloth for cover. I thought it would make an interesting photograph. You can see the dew on the bonnet/hood as it is early morning.

Day of Rememberance

(The View Out My Window)

I write this as i am sitting here riding my bike, looking out my window. I'm on my bike because I've had the idea to get back to exercising and getting back up to my fittest again.
So here i am pumping my legs as I'm looking at the trees blowing in the breeze, the wet shiny roads. Being Autumn, i see the yellow of the tree leaves. I see the green grass that needs to be mowed after being dead for the last few months, i can't remember the last time i saw grass in our front lawn. It's amazing what a little bit of winter dew and one day of rain will do.
Even though winter looms, i still get excited about this time of year. All the colours of the trees, the green grass, the possibility of rain, the possibility to finally one day replenish our lakes and water storage.
Today, i'm thankful that i even get to write this, as i'm free to sit here and ride my bike. If i had been born 115 years ago, who knows, i may have been one of thos that lost there lives on the beaches of Gallipoli on April 25, 1915.
